Online registration for HKFC Youth Rugby for the 2011/2012 season is now open.
Children of HKFC members and non-members can apply for registration but places on the programme are limited with preference given to existing players, and thereafter, HKFC members then non-members. The registration and payment process for HKFC Youth Rugby is as follows:
Step 1. Access the online registration at this page by clicking the link below.
Step 2. Complete the online form including all mandatory fields and ensuring your email address is correct - all communication is by email. Click submit. You do not need to pay the registration fee at this time.
Step 3. An immediate confirmation of receipt of application message will appear and a confirmation email will be sent to the emails provided, providing you with a Registration Application Number (YRXXXX).
Step 4. If you are accepted for registration an email will be sent to you and HKFC members will be automatically charged the registration fee. Non-members will be provided with a link in order to make online payment of the registration fee - only online payment by credit card will be accepted. The Registration Application Number will be required to make this payment.
Applicants who are not accepted for registration due to the age group being over-subscribed will be placed on a waitlist and advised by email when places become available. Only then will the registration fee be payable.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If your playing child has any existing medical conditions that the HKFC Youth Rugby coaching team should be aware of please email the player name and details of the medical conditions to: Bruce Ruffy
PARENT'S BRIEFING/KIT COLLECTION – AUGUST 28th 2011
If you are accepted for registration an email will be sent to you by August 21st 2011 and there will be new kit for the 2011/2012 season. All registered players who have paid the registration fee will be entitled to collect a full set of kit at a Parent’s Briefing/Kit Collection Day on August 28th 2011. In order to collect your kit you must first attend the Parent’s Briefing session between 9am and 12 noon (specific times per age group to be advised by email) and provide your registration confirmation and Registration Application Number.

Mini Rugby: HKFC Members HK$1,400 Non-members: HK$1,800
Colts Rugby: HKFC Members HK$1,400 Non-members: HK$1,400

| Under 10: Born in 2002 | Under 19 (Boys & Girls): Born in 1993, 1994 or 1995 |
